BUFFALO, N.Y.--Julio DeLeon, 32, of Dunkirk, NY , who was convicted of possession of child pornography on July 25, 2008, was sentenced to 108 months in prison, to be followed by supervised release for life by U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny, U.S. Attorney Terrance P. Flynn of the Western District of New York announced today.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Gretchen L. Wylegala, who handled the case, stated that the defendant was convicted for the possession of child pornography on his computer.
